马玉霞,博士,教授,博士生导师。现任中国气象学会医学气象学专业委员会主任委员。

主要研究领域包括极端天气、气候及其健康影响;气候变化与传染病、大气污染及其健康影响、减污降碳协同控制与健康和经济效益评估等。主讲本科生《天气学原理》和《大气科学综合实习》、研究生《大气科学专业英语与写作》等主干课程。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家公益性行业专项、科技部国家重大专项等30余项;发表科研论文100余篇,其中SCI论文60余篇;翻译IGBP Report (IGAC Plan and Implementation Strategy);参与第三次气候变化国家评估报告(数据与方法集)中“气候变化对健康影响”的整理工作。培养博士/硕士研究生25人。指导12名博士/硕士研究生获“教育部国家奖学金”,1人获“中国教育发展基金会中银基础学科奖学金”;5人获“兰州大学优秀毕业生”。

荣获“第八届全国优秀青年气象科技工作者”奖、优秀学会工作者奖;2014-2015年“国家留学基金委西部项目”资助在美国内布拉斯加州大学进行了访问研究。2016年入选“莙政见习基金”导师库;2019年获“兰州大学优秀本科论文指导教师”;2022年获兰州大学创新创业行动计划“优秀指导教师”;2024年获“兰州大学优秀硕士论文指导教师”;为国际生物气象学会(ICB)、美国地球联合会(AGU)、欧洲地球联合会等会员(EGU)。
